We offer a complementary diamond cleaning service, available in store while you wait.
We also provide a full MOT service- your ring will be sent away to our workshop to be fully polished and checked over, this process takes approximately a week.
We recommend this service every 1-2 years to keep your ring looking its best.

Cleaning your jewellery at home
We would recommend cleaning your item regularly to make the most of its beauty.
The easiest way to do this is warm water and a soft cleaning brush, this will help to clean and brighten the stone.
Future Resizing
If you do need an alteration made to the size of your ring there will be a small charge.
When possible we suggest visiting one of our showrooms to allow our expert team to give the best advice on the right size for you.

Renewed valuations
We offer complementary renewed insurance valuations for items originally purchased from us.
Your insurance company may request an updated valuation, if so we will need to see all of your previous paperwork as well as your item to provide you with a new document.
